all over the country (or countries) there are magazines that have people following the tour and asking the bands questions 24/7. most of the time the only reason why a band or other people of that sort would be here would be for a photo shoot or an interview, musicians tend to hate press, so it's a rarity that a musician would just randomly pop up at one of the music magazine headquarters.
